There's a fourth way to get a experienced tech's.Build one.
Stop bidding against every other office in your market for the same five experienced techs. Hire for attitude — RT360 builds the skill. IICRC-aligned paths, real-world simulations, and a record that shows you exactly what each tech knows.

You already know the three options.
None of them are good
#1 POACH
You pay a premium to pull a tech from the office down the street. Now you own the most poachable employee in your market. Whoever pays a dollar more gets them next.
#2 RIDE-ALONG
Your best tech slows down to babysit a new hire. Two wages, one truck's production — and you're hoping the right jobs show up to teach on.
#3 CERTIFY & PRAY
You put real money into a hire before you know if they'll stick. They quit at 90 days, and you just trained your competitor's next tech.

The problem isn't your hiring. It's the training model.
As long as a tech can only learn in a classroom or on a truck, every owner in this industry is stuck picking a poison. You're not choosing badly. You're choosing from a bad menu — one the industry has been handed for thirty years.
RT360 didn't set out to replace IICRC or the standards this industry holds itself to. We set out to kill the seat-time.
IICRC-aligned
IICRC paths matched to each tech's role and seniority
Real-world simulation
techs work a loss before they ever stand in one
Tracked records
see what every tech knows, on any given day; the records stay your records
Role-based paths
a first-year tech and a crew lead don't get the same course list

Whats Holding You Back?
My techs won't sit through online training.
They won't sit through seat-time. This is self-paced, in short modules, on a phone or a laptop, built around simulations of the losses they already run. You'll see completion in the records — not on the honor system.
Isn't this just going to make them more poachable?
Techs leave offices where nobody invests in them. And when one does leave, the path they were on doesn't leave with them — the next hire steps onto it in a week, not a year.
We're IICRC-certified already.
Good — RT360 is aligned to it, not a replacement for it. Certification tells you a tech passed a class. RT360 tells you what that tech can actually do, and keeps building it after the class ends.
How much does this cost?
Pricing scales with crew size and the disciplines you need. Bring your headcount to the demo and you'll leave with a real number — not a range.
